Cooper Cottage House Plan

The Cooper Cottage is just too cute at the front, so I named this house plan after my youngest son.  The box slanted columns and brace-work give this home a definite cottage feel.  Using the smaller horizontal siding puts the final “period” touch on that feel.  All of the well-sized bedrooms are on the ground floor with a bonus room upstairs that could serve as a fourth bedroom.  All of this in only 1,800 sf!  The small covered porch at the back of the home could open up to whatever patio space you want to create.
